2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shopmizo.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or placing orders.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to your purchase.

3. Products

All products listed on ShopMizo are described as accurately as possible, including specifications, dimensions, and features. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item in colour or appearance due to screen settings.

We carry out quality checks on all items before shipment. However, minor cosmetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process do not constitute defects and are not grounds for a return.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on this website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free of charge for all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Ordering Process

To place an order:

  1. Select the product and fill in the order form with your delivery details.
  2. Submit the form. This constitutes a purchase request, not a binding contract.
  3. Our team will contact you by phone to confirm your order details, delivery address, and expected delivery window.
  4. Once confirmed by phone, the order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we are unable to verify your information, if the product is out of stock, or if we detect any irregularity.

6. Payment

Payment is made exclusively by paying the courier at delivery. You pay directly to the courier when your order arrives at your door. No advance online payment, credit card, or bank transfer is required at any stage.

The full order amount, as confirmed during the phone verification, is due upon delivery. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in the order being returned and future orders being declined.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the following European countries: Italy, Spain (Mainland), Portugal (Mainland), Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece.

Excluded areas: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Azores, Madeira, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Orders are processed within 1 business day of phone confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days for most destinations. These are estimates and not guarantees; occasional delays may occur due to carrier logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive an SMS with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. For delivery issues, please contact us with your order reference.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us by email at [email protected] with your order reference. You must return the product in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly dispatched.

9. Returns and Refunds

Outside the statutory withdrawal period, returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what was described.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide return instructions and issue a full refund or replacement. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

10. Warranty

All products sold through ShopMizo come with the legal warranty required under EU consumer law (Directive 1999/44/EC). This means you are covered for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery against defects of conformity.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

ShopMizo shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or third-party modifications.
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by carriers, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website β€” including text, images, graphics, logos, and page design β€” is the property of ShopMizo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679). Your data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Force Majeure

ShopMizo shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or disruptions to transportation networks.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
