Step 2: Return the Item

Package the product securely in its original box. You bear the return shipping cost, except when the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Step 3: Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect the return, your full payment — including the original delivery cost — will be refunded within 14 business days.
